COPPROME Outreach

In addition to our sponsorship program at the COPPROME orphanage, we also have the opportunity to continue to break the cycle of poverty through education via the COPPROME Outreach program.  These programs act as a tutoring centers, after/before school care and intervention sites to help provided needed support while children are still cared for in their homes, before it becomes necessary to come to the orphanage.  Through this Padrino (sponsorship) program focuses on the education and care of the children in this program.  It also allows a connection between the Padrino with a child from the Copprome Outreach program while providing basic needs like school supplies, uniforms, shoes, as well as a special gift for their birthday and Christmas.

With a sponsorship of $50/month, a sponsor will receive at least two letters and pictures from their sponsored child each year. Sponsors are encouraged to send us a photo of themselves or their family that can be sent to the child, so they get to know their Padrino, as well. Every sponsor is offered to join us on a Mission Experience to meet the child they are sponsoring.
